​​MANDATORY PRACTICES BEGIN AUGUST 11TH, 2025 BUT PLEASE READ THE REQUIREMENTS AND FILL OUT THE FORMS BEFORE YOU PLAN TO SHOW UP!

• All PLAYERS SHOULD DOWNLOAD THE PLT4M APP for off season workouts
  • ​Download the app "PLT4M" on your phone and use join code 580736
• MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL!
  
  
  • Sports physicals MUST be dated after April 15 of the current year, and MUST be completed prior to August 11th (the first day of mandatory practice!)
  • Physicals can be done at your family doctors office, or by contacting the Student Health Center at Springfield Middle School or Central High School
    
    
    • Springfield Middle School Health Center: 269-441-1295- $5 or they will bill insurance
    • Battle Creek Central High School Health Center 269-213-3544- $5 or they will bill insurance
    • Sometimes physicals can also be done at Urgent Care clinics, but can be more expensive​
• YOU MUST FILL OUT "STUDENT CENTRAL" REGISTRATION ONLINE!

  • You will be asked to create an account, and you MUST have your child's SCHOOL email address to complete. YOU MUST BE A REGISTERED STUDENT AT BCC BEFORE COMPLETION!
• ALL PLAYERS MUST PAY $35 FOR INSURANCE!
  
  
  • This is a high school requirement for participation, and is over and above whatever health insurance you might have. It is a supplemental policy that will work with your current health insurance to make sure all bills are paid if your player is injured.
  • $35 must be paid online or the athletic office BEFORE your student can compete!
• ALL PLAYERS MUST BE READY TO PRACTICE ON AUGUST 11th
  
  
  • Mandatory practice begins August 11th for all players
  • Prospective varsity players will go to Clear Lake Camp. ALL PLAYERS will practice from 3-7:30pm DAILY (including some Sundays)
• CLEAR LAKE CAMP FOR PROSPECTIVE VARSITY PLAYERS AUGUST 11-13

  • We will return at 5:00pm on August 13th
